My son is 15 and has just been officially diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome. I knew for many years he had Asperger's Syndrome, but seems to respond to additional help if he is not the issue raised with him. A few years ago, which is only really struggling to cope with the social side of his life and was very withdrawn routine but important. I told him what he thought was the cause extremes in behavior and perhaps we should look to him a formal diagnosis. As I said, I was so relieved, "said he felt different, not in. It has taken years to get diagnosed and has not changed, how it will behave, but do not explain what it is. I thought long and hard if he does not say, and I just said because I had difficulties, but the best thing to do was. I wish you and your son good luck.
